Our shop cats

Long before they claimed ownership of Echoes, Omen and Abyss had a much humbler beginning.

As tiny kittens, they, their siblings, and their mom were found living under a trailer. A kind family took them all in, cared for them, and, once everyone was healthy and old enough, began searching for homes.

That's when the owner of Echoes saw them and uttered the words that would change everything:

"I'll take two."

The rest is history.

Omen and Abyss traded life under a trailer for life in a metaphysical shop, where they spend their days supervising customers, inspecting crystals, crashing tarot readings, and demanding attention.

By all accounts, they should know how lucky they are. 

They went from living under a trailer to ruling a metaphysical shop. It's the kind of rags-to-riches story that would make Disney jealous.

Unfortunately, they don't remember any of that.

These days, they're completely convinced they were born into nobility, and the rest of us exist solely to open doors, provide snacks, and admire them.

• The cats decide when cuddle time begins. 
• Please let them come to you. 
• They accept compliments as payment. 
• They are spoiled. This is not up for debate. 
• Any rumors that they secretly run Echoes are entirely true.

Just remember...

You're visiting their shop. 

 If someone is going to greet you at the door, it's probably Abyss.

She's the social butterfly of the family and has a habit of making new friends approximately thirty seconds after they walk in. If you bend down to say hello, she'll likely decide you're acceptable.

Abyss has also appointed herself guardian of the crystal section. Whether she's supervising your shopping or making sure Dan is staying out of trouble, she's usually exactly where the action is.

She has absolutely mastered the art of looking innocent while being just mischievous enough to keep life interesting.
